Ingredients:
6 center-cut pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Trim pork chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat on both sides with sour cream; coat with corn flake crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
