Fresh Mushrooms in Sour Cream
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2/3 c. sliced green onions with tops
2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbs. chopped fresh dill or 1 Tbs. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Small rounds of rye or melba toast
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and lemon juice for 4 minutes. Stir in flour. Cook slowly, stirring 1 minute. Add sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute. Serve on warm toast.
Makes about 2 cups.
