Grasshopper Pie
Ingredients:
1 c. chocolate wafers, crumbled
1/4 c. sugar
1 to 1 1/2 oz. melted butter
12 oz. marshmallow creme
1/2 c. creme de menthe
2 Tbs. white creme de cacao
3 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Combine wafers, sugar and butter to make a 9" pie crust. Set aside to cool, or freeze. FILLING: Pour liqueurs into marshmallow and whip until well blended. Refrigerate. Whip cream until stiff but not dry. Combine marshmallow mixture and whipped cream until well blended. Fill crust. Freeze until firm (6 hours or overnight). Trim at time of serving with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
