Grilled Turkey Steak
Ingredients:
1 lb. turkey tenerloin steaks (about 1" thick)
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb. turkey tenerloin steaks (about 1" thick)

Directions:
Place turkey steaks in a shallow dish. Combine wine and remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour marinade over turkey steaks. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Remove turkey steaks from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill covered, over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of turkey steaks registers 170 degrees, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
Makes 4 Servings
