Ham Balls
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Combine ground ham, ground pork, bread crumbs, eggs and milk in bowl; mix well. Shape into 16 balls. Place in single layer in baking dish. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and dry mustard in saucepan. Heat sauce until smooth and bubbly. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 275 to 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until cooked through, basting frequently.
Make balls smaller for appetizers.
