Ham Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground fully cooked ham
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. crushed Shredded Wheat cereal
SAUCE:
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. ground mustard

3/4 c. ground mustard
Directions:
In a bowl, combine pork, ham, eggs ,milk and cereal; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 to 2" balls; place in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4 minutes. Pour over the ham balls. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until browned.
