Ham and Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. egg noodles (break into small pieces before cooking)
2 eggs
4-6 c. left over ham ( cut in very small pieces)
1 1/3 c. milk ( approximately)
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread crumbs
Butter
Paprika, opt.

Directions:
Grease casserole with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. In a large bowl beat eggs, add milk and seasonings. Mix with cooked noodles and ham. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake at 350 until brown on top, about 1 hour.
