Honeydew Shrimp salad
Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
4 1/2 tsp. Thousand Island salad dressing
1 Tbs. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 large honeydew, quartered and seeded
2 Tbs. chopped nuts if desired

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, celery, egg and nuts if desired. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salad dressing, pickle relish, salt and pepper. Pour over shrimp mixture and toss to coat. Spoon over honeydew quarters.
