Hot Crab Triangles
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbs. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayennew
1 can (6 oz.) white crab meat
2 Tbs. minced chives or green onions
2 Tbs. finely chopped blanched almonds
12 slices firm-type white bread, crusts trimmed
Paprika

Paprika
Directions:
Beat cheese until fluffy. Combine mustard with milk and add to cheese with next 5 ingredients. Mix well and spread generously on bread slices. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cut each slice in 4 triangles, put on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until well browned.
