Individual Meat Loaves
Ingredients:
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 c. quick-cooking oats
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/3 c. ketchup
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. prepared mustard

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 6 loaves, about 4" x 2 1/2". Place in an ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine ketchup, sugar and mustard; spoon over loaves. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
Makes 6 Servings
