Kidney Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
4 c. canned kidney beans
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbs. vinegar
3 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 strips bacon

Directions:
Combine ketchup, vinegar, mustard, salt and sugar.
Add to beans and minced onion.
Place in baking dish and lay srrips of bacon on top.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
