Kohlrabi Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. kohlrabi
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, sliced and separated inti rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Trim off kohlrabi roots and top; peel, and cut into julienne strips. Combine kohlrabi and salt in a Dutch oven; cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cover reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until almost tender. Drain. Stir-fry kohlrabi, onion, and galic in a large skillet until vegetables are tender. Toss with basil and pepper.
Makes 4-6 Servings
