Kraut Wickel
Ingredients:
10 or 12 outer cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. boiled cabbage, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Scald outer cabbage leaves. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Place 2 Tbs. of mixture in each cabbage leaf. Fold leaf around mixture, tucking in ends.Place in a roasting pan with a little water. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
