Lobster Pie
Ingredients:
1 c. milk
1 Tbs. flour
6 Tbs butter, melted
2 c. condensed mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. boiled lobster, cuti 2" pieces
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. buttered crumbs

1/4 c. buttered crumbs
Directions:
Combine milk and flour and cook until creamy. Add 2 Tbs. butter. Combine the sauce, mushroom soup and lobster. Pour into large shallow casserole. Combine remaining butter and crumbs. Form into patties 1/4" thick. Cover lobster mixture with patties. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes until a golden brown.
