Mashed Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
8 boiled potatoes
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Mash and beat potatoes till smooth. Add sour cream, cream cheese and butter. Mix well. Put in greased casserole. Put some melted butter over top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
