Meat Cookies
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
Salt
Milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
Pepper
2 c. flour

1 sm. onion, chopped

Directions:
Combine flour,1 tsp. salt and enough milk to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 10 equal parts. Roll each into 6" circle. Combine ground beef, onion and seasonings to taste. Divide into 10 equal parts. Shape into patties. Place a patty on each circle of dough. Fold over, press edges together to seal. Fry in deep fat until light brown; serve hot.
