Muffin Pizzas
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with onions
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried whole basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 English muffins, split and toasted
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 c. shredded Provolone cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with onions
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

1 1/2 c. shredded Provolone cheese

Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, basil and pepper, mixing well. Spread sauce evenly over cut surface of toasted muffin. Arrange pepperoni slices over sauce; sprinkle with shredded Provolone cheese, and top with green pepper. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 1 dozen.
