Mushroom Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 large onion, chopped
4 medium potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
Paprika

Directions:
In a bowl, combine soup, milk and onion. Stir in the potatoes. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
