Mushroom Rollups
Ingredients:
25 slices white bread
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans mushrooms, drained and chopped
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Remove crusts from bread. Flatten with a rolling pin. In a skillet, saute butter, onion and mushrooms. Add cream cheese. Cool mixture. Spread on bread. Roll and cut into bite-size pieces. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. Can be wrapped and frozen before being baked.
