Peach Cheese Dessert
Ingredients:
BOTTOM:
1 c. plus 2 Tbs. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
MIDDLE:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. cool whip
TOP:
4 c. fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 3 oz. pkg. peach Jell-O
BOTTOM:
1 c. plus 2 Tbs. flour

2 c. cool whip
TOP:
4 c. fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 3 oz. pkg. peach Jell-O
Directions:
Mix together bottom ingredients and press into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 16 minutes. Mix together middle ingredients and pour over bottom layer. Chill before adding top layer. TOP: Combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add Jell-O. Cool slightly. Add peaches. Pour over middle layer. Chill.
