Potato Chowder
Ingredients:
1 c. water
1 1/4 c. chopped potatoes
2 Tbs. green onion, chopped
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled

Directions:
In saucepan, combine water and vegetables; bring to boil. Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Top each serving with additional bacon, if desired.
