Potato Corn Soup
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 med. onion, chopped
3 cans potato soup
3 cans milk
3 cans creamed corn
8 oz. cream cheese
1 bag frozen shrimp

Directions:
In butter saute garlic and onion. add potato soup, milk, creamed corn and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Add shrimp. Heat until shrimp are hot. Serve.
