Ingredients:
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condesed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minues. Reduce oven temperature to 350; bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean.
