Quick Lima Bean Pot
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. hot dogs in 1" pieces
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbs. oil
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen lima beans
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 10 oz, can tomatoes
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 lb. hot dogs in 1" pieces

Directions:
Cook hot dogs, celery and onion in oil in skillet 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer to bean pot and add remaining ingredients with 1/2 c. water. Cover and bake 45 minutes in oven heated to 350 degrees. Stir once or twice; add more water if necessary. Season with salt.
