Ingredients:
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
8" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, spices, salt, lemon juice and butter. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until filling is set.
