Rhubarb Upside Down Cake
Ingredients:
In a greased 9x13" baking pan spread 4 c. cut up rhubarb. Sprinkle 2 (3oz.)pkg. of strawberry jell-o right from the package. Then scatter 2 c. miniature marshmellows over the jell-o.
Prepare 1 box white or yellow cake mix according to directions. Pour over layers in pan.
