Round Steak Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. round steak, cut 1/4" thick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. fat
1 1/2 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. ketchup
1 lb. round steak, cut 1/4" thick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. fat
1 1/2 onion, sliced

1 Tbs. ketchup
Directions:
Cut steak into 4 pieces. Combine salt, paprika and flour in a paper bag; dust meat in mixture. Brown meat in hot fat. Put meat in casserole; arrange onions, garlic and potatoes over meat. Stir remaining ingredients together; pour over casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. If casserole becomes dry, add a small amount of water.
Makes 4 Servings
