2 c. cooked celery
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs. cheese or more to taste
Crumbs.

Directions:
Make sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add celery. put into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs. Bake until golden brown in 350 degree oven.
