Ingredients:
2 lb. butternut squash
1 medium onion, grated
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
3 tsp. butter
6-8 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 egg, beaten
2 lb. butternut squash
1 medium onion, grated

Directions:
Halve squash, (need not peel) remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cook squash ans onions until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of the grated cheese. Place in a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole and top with reserved cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes x 6 Servings
