Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
14 med-sized mushrooms, stems removed
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. fresh grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. crushed cheese crackers

Directions:
Place mushrooms on broiler pan; sprinkle with salt. Chop stems finely; cook with butter and onions until golden. Add cheese and Worcestershire sauce to the mushroom and onion mixture. Fill mushroom caps with mixture; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
