Stuffed Steak Roll
Ingredients:
4 Tbs. margarine
2 tsp. onion
4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. celery, finely diced
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. milk

1/4 c. milk
Directions:
Melt margarine; add onion and cook until tender but not brown. Add bread crumbs, celery, parsley, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper; mix lightly. Combine beef, milk and remaining salt. Into meat mixture, add 1 c. of the stuffing; place meat mixture on waxed paper and pat into a rectangle. Spread remaining stuffing and roll like a jelly roll. Place in shallow pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
