Tuna Ring
Ingredients:
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, flaked, with oil
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, flaked, with oil
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/3 c. chopped celery
Directions:
Heat oven. Grease 9" ring mold. Blend Bisquick, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Mix 1 1/2 cans tuna and 1/4 c. grated cheese, spread in pan, sprinkle with remaining cheese over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Temp. 400 degrees. Remove from pan onto large plate and serve.
