Amish Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Warm milk
Fresh fruit or brown sugar, optional

Directions:
Combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spread in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Immediately spoon into bowls; add milk. Top with fruit or brown sugar if desired.
