Apple Sauce Cake
Ingredients:
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. apple sauce
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves,ground
a little nutmeg
1 c. raisins
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and spices. Add apple sauce, flour and soda dissolved in a little warm water. Add the raisins. Beat thoroughly and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.
