Old-Fashioned Peach Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe yellow cake mix
1 can (1lb. 5 oz.) peach pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts
TOPPING:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe yellow cake mix
1 can (1lb. 5 oz.) peach pie filling

1/2 c. chopped nuts
TOPPING:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine dry cake mix, pie filling, eggs, 1/2 tsp. lemon extract and nuts. Blend at low speed until completely moistened, about 1 minute. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in a greased 13x9x2" pan.
TOPPING:
In a medium bowl combine the sugar, flour, softened butter and 1/2 tsp. lemon extract with a fork or pastry blender. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes; until center springs back when touched lightly.
