Artichoke Lemon Pesto Appetizer Dip
Ingredients:
3/4 c. of Armsteads Porch Artichoke Lemon Pesto
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. + 1 T. Parmesan Cheese
3/4 c. of Armsteads Porch Artichoke Lemon Pesto
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. + 1 T. Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except 1 T. cheese until blended. Spoon into baking dish and evenly sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese bakes into a golden crust.
Try adding crab, spinach, or chopped shrimp!
Makes 6-8 Servings

Cook Time: 30 min
