Baked Acorn Squash
Ingredients:
Use 2 acorn squash.
Mix all together:
3 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. applesauce
1 Tbs. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Wash squash. Pierce squash with a fork. Place on paper towel in microwave oven. cook 8 minutes on high power. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cut in half; remove seeds. Fill each cavity with ingredients. Return to cook for 4 minutes on high power. Turn halfway through cooking time.
