Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef or calves
3 slices bacon
2 onions
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper 2 Tbs. fat

Directions:
Melt fat in baking pan and add liver. Place sliced onion and bacon over it and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/4 hours.
