Baked Acorn Squash
Ingredients:
Cut squash in half crosswise, remove seeds and strings. Brush the hollow and cut edges with butter and bake cut side up at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper and additional 1/2 tsp. butter. Serve in shell, 1/2 squash per person depending on the size of the squash.
