Baked Custard for Two
Ingredients:
1 c. milk
3 Tbs. sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 egg
1 c. milk

Directions:
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour into 2 ungreased 6-oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set in a pan containing 1/2 to 1" of hot water. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Makes 2 Servings
