Baked Haddock with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
2 lb. fillet of haddock
Salt to taste
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom sauce
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. sm. bread cubes, slightly buttered
2 lb. fillet of haddock
Salt to taste

1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. sm. bread cubes, slightly buttered
Directions:
Remove skin from fish. Wash the fish and place in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and slices of onion. Bake in a 400 degree oven about 20 minutes. Heat undiluted mushroom soup and pour over baked fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with bread cubes. Bake until sauce begins to bubble.
Makes 6 Servings
