Beef Stroganoff Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 lg. onion, cut in rings
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. macaroni, cooked

Directions:
Brown meat, mushrooms and onions; add seasonings. Add mushroom soup; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; mix in sour cream. Combine meat mixture with macaroni; bake in a greased casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
