Beef with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb. boneless lean beef
6 green onions, sliced
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 Tbs. oil
2 Tbs. oyster sauce

Directions:

Cut beef into thin slices.
Combine onions, soy sauce, 3 Tbs. water and cornstarch. Pour over meat and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat a wok or a large skillet; add oil when hot. Add meat mixture, stirring quickly to cook. Add oyster sauce and cook 1 minute longer. Add water if necessary to prevent sticking.
