Blueberry Cake
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter, softened (no substitutes)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Streusel Topping:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. butter, melted
2 Tbs. butter, softened (no substitutes)
