Blueberry Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour mixed with 2 cup blueberries

Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Beat until light. Add flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla alternately (beginning and ending with flour). Mix well. Stir in
floured blueberries. Pour into 9x13 inch floured pan. Bake at 350 about 35 minutes, or until well done.
