Holiday Nut Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. red candied cherries (chopped)
1/2 lb. candied dried pineapple
6 c. pecans
6 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
5 eggs
2 c. flour
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs.vanilla


Directions:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix.Add flour and mix. Add flavorings and mix. Add fruits and nuts and mix. Put in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 250-275 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
