Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients:
4 c. blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/3 c. rolled oats
1 Tbs. grated lemon rind
1/3 c flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbs butter, softened
4 c. blueberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Arrange the blueberries in a deep, greased baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon rind and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and rolled oats. Cut in butter until the mixture is evenly blended and crunbly. Spread the mixture over the berries in the baking dish and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm.
