Blueberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
3 or 4 c. blueberries
2/3 c. honey
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Puree blueberries in a blender. Add honey, lime juice,vanilla and salt to the blueberry puree in blender. Mix. Stir puree mixture into cream and pour into a 4 qt. freezer can of electric or hand cranked ice cream freezer. Freeze, using manufacturer directions.
