Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. melted butter
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
2 c. flour

Directions:
Sift flour; measure and reserve 3 Tbs. to dust berries. To remaining flour add baking powder, salt and sugar. Sift again. Add beaten egg and melted butter to milk and combine with the dry ingredients. Fold in berries. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Makes 12-15 muffins.
