Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
4 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage, sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Tear bread into pieces. Place in greased 9x13" pan. Brown and drain sausage and crumble. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Can be prepared the night before; cover and refrigerate.
Makes 6-8 Servings
